We collect information from you when you register with your gym or fill out a form. We do not collect any device information.

When registering or filling out a form, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.


What do we use your information for?



Information you provide will be used only for membership management, workout history, and other gym specific purposes. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company.


Data Retention Policy



Information you provide will only be stored on our server while you are a member/client of the gym. At any time you can edit this personal data in your profile and can also request that your profile and data be deleted.


How do we protect your information?



We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Any payment information is encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Private payment information is not stored on our servers.


Do we use cookies?



Yes (cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser). We use cookies to save your preferences for future visits. Our cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.


Do we disclose any information to outside parties?



We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information for business purposes. We would only release this information if it is appropriate to comply with the law, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
