Great coaches that are extremely friendly and trustworthy. The equipment and rigs are well kept to date. Overall, the Crossfit gym is one best ones I've experienced in north Georgia.

Dawson CrossFit is a great gym with supportive coaches who take the time to help you learn proper technique, no matter your fitness level. The workouts are challenging but scalable, so with consistency, you'll see results. Highly recommend!
