Sumo Deadlift + High Box Jump Every 3:00 x 4 Sets 5 Sumo Deadlifts 3 High Box Jumps All four sets at 100-105% of your 5x5 Sumo Deadlift Test Week load (around 75-80% of 1RM). Touch-and-go or slight re-brace at the bottom. Score = Weight (heavy Power Clean single) Goal: Heavy single for the day with positions intact Rx: As written Rx2: 10:00 EMOM 3 Power Cleans @ 70% (no max out), Sumo DL as written Rx3: 10:00 EMOM 3 Hang Power Cleans @ 6-8 RPE, 5 Sumo DL @ 7 RPE + 5 Box or Squat Jumps
