Monday 29 May 2023 (Time, Rx+, Rx2, Rx3) RX For time: 1-mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 air squats 1-mile run Straight Through. Start and finish with a 1-mile run. Rx+ If you have a 20-lb vest or body armor, wear it. Rx2 For time: 1-mile run 50 pull-ups 100 push-ups 150 air squats 1-mile run – Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Head out for the second run no later than 30:00. Rx3 For time: 800m run -then- 10 rounds: 5 ring rows 10 push-ups with hands elevated on a box 15 air squats -then- 800m run – Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Head out for the second run no later than 20:00.
