Warm Up Friday 3 January 2026 (Time) Warm-Up (12–15 min) 1) Easy Partner Run + Mobility (4–5 min) * 400 m run together at conversational pace * Then, 2 rounds: * 10 walking lunges (reach arms overhead, open hips) * 10 arm circles forward + 10 backward * 10 PVC pass-throughs * 20–30 sec calf stretch * 10 Walking Knee Hugs * 10 Scoops 2) Dynamic Movement Prep (5–6 min) 2 rounds, moving together: * 10 air squats (last 3 with a 2-sec pause at the bottom) * 10 kettlebell deadlifts (light–moderate, focus on hinge) * 8 inchworms with a push-up * 10 alternating reverse lunges (bodyweight) * 20-sec plank hold (partners face each other) 3) Barbell & Kettlebell Prep (4–5 min) 2–3 rounds: * 8 kettlebell swings (light) * 6 hang power cleans * 6 front rack lunges (barbell or KB goblet) * 6 push presses
