Ideal: select a weight you can execute for all three sets with full range and no leg drive. This is a volume pressing block for shoulder and upper back hypertrophy and pressing resilience, not a build to max. Full lockout every rep, midline braced.

Rx3: 6 Hanging Knee Raises or Kipping Knee Raises, 8 DB Bench Press, 8 Russian KB Swings. Loads that allow unbroken sets across all 8 rounds.
