20 Feet Elevated Glute Bridges

75 Toes to Bar
100 Front Rack Alt. Lunges (95/65)
Every 1:30, Perform 5 burpees over the Bar *Partition Reps any way.

50 HR Push-Ups or Banded Push Ups
75 Toes to Eyes
100 Front Rack Alt. Lunges (65/45)
Every 1:30, Perform 5 Frog Hops over the Bar *Partition Reps as Needed.

50 Knee Raises or Toes to Post
