Saturday 5th August 2023(Weight) For total load: The CrossFit Total 1 Rep Max Back Squat 1 Rep Max Shoulder Press 1 Rep Max Deadlift Athletes will receive three attempts at each max with three minutes of rest between each attempt. Lifts will be done in sequential order as a class with warm up sets completed before the allotted time for attempts. This is a benchmark workout and a great one to test your strength, keep a record of both individual and total pounds lifted, and practice lifting attempts in a competition style!
