Warm Up Thursday 24 August 2023 (Time) 10cal Bike 3/3 world's greatest stretch 200m run 2 Rounds: 8 shoulder taps 8 up downs 8 ring rows 8 plate g2o 8 glute bridges 5min of free mobility: foam roll, lacrosse balls, banded stretches.. etc. 5 burpees 3 push ups 3 scap retracts 5 kip swings 3 pull ups 3 slamball throws (to practice the bounce and catch) 5 slamballs :10 top hold (careful to not overextend) 5 hip extensions
