Wt. Devilās Press 10 Walking Lunges (add āzombie armsā for fun!) 10 Med Ball Sit-ups 20m Farmer Carry (light KBs) Rest 30ā45 sec between rounds. With partner: Practice synchronized transitions (e.g. switching on deadlifts, walking lunges together @ wod wt) Each athlete performs 1 rope climb progression or their scaled option.
