Saturday 31 January 2026 The Lou(Time, Rx2, Rx3) Our gym is proud to join The Lou—a workout created to honor Lou Gehrig and raise awareness and support for those affected by ALS through the Live Like Lou Foundation. We’ll split the work as partners, but the mission unites us all: to honor the 30,000 people in North America living with ALS and help fund critical scientific research and family support. Lou Gehrig’s legacy reminds us that strength is more than physical. ALS may rob people of muscle movement, but The Lou allows us to move for those who can’t and to raise funds that bring hope to the ALS community.
