Workout (20TC) 9-15-21-27 reps for time: V-ups Thrusters (85/115) – Perform 7 shuttle runs (1 run = 20 ft down, 20 ft back) at the start of each round. RX2 9-15-21-27 reps for time: Alt V-ups Thrusters (65/95) – Perform 7 shuttle runs (1 run = 20 ft down, 20 ft back) at the start of each round. RX3 9-12-15-18 reps for time: Sit-ups Thrusters (35/45) – Perform 6 shuttle runs (1 run = 20 ft down, 20 ft back) at the start of each round.
