Warm Up Thursday 22 February 2024 (Time) 5 inchworm to seal 5 push up to down dog 10 alt twisted cross 3/3 world’s greatest stretch 10 hollow body rocks 10 shoulder taps 10 glute bridges 10 lateral box step overs 10 hip extensions 10 plank pull throughs 10 hollow body rocks 400m run 5-7mins to mobilize: Foam roll, wall hip stretches, banded hamstring/shoulder, pigeon pose, child’s pose, etc… Take a few minutes to run through movements, and add light/mod weight if desired (plank pull throughs, rows & curls, box steps overs)
