Saturday 6 April 2024(Weight, Rx2, Rx3) Snatch + Clean + Deadlift With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and then add 5 lb (female) / 10 lb (male). Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible. Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible. Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible. You complete 1 lift every 1.5 minutes. If you miss a lift in the time window you can try again but if you fail more than once you HAVE to move on to the next movement. Score = combined total of highest successful lift of snatch + clean + deadlift RX2: Add 5/10 lbs every other lift until Deadlift, then add 5/10 lbs every lift RX3: Add 5/10 lbs every 2-3 lifts 40 minute time cap
